A man is still saying ‘at the end of the day no one really knows what will happen’ as though it is a shrewd argument for Brexit instead of a convincing case against.
Ray Doyle of Basildon is under the impression that uncertainty about the consequences of an action is grounds for doing it, according to friends.
Friend Will Bodie said: “You might say uncertainty is undesirable and that everything humans have built and achieved has been done by as much as possible removing it.
“I gave him a lift the other day. He said ‘Is this car safe?’ I said ‘I dunno mate’ and he said ‘That’s good enough for me.’
“He’s a fucking idiot.”
Asked about the consequences of leaving the EU, Brexit Secretary David Davis told a Commons committee “At the end of the day no one really knows.”
